Clinical Specialist

Job Summary

Quantum Surgical is looking for a Clinical Specialist to join a team of creative and energetic people who are building the next generation platform to process minimally invasive therapies.

The Clinical Specialist will bring his/her unique clinical experience to support R&D team in all areas of product definition, development and validation.

The candidate should have a demonstrated experience in medical device industry within multi-disciplinary teams and/or with clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the product clinical specifications and target performance
  • Support R&D, Marketing and QARA department by bringing clinical knowledge of the application
  • Collect market data and all information related to the product to improve its specifications and ensure application is compliant with the clinical environment
  • Identify opportunities of development linked to customer needs
  • Follow up Product clinical performance
  • Provide on-site training, guidance and assistance on clinical trial sites
  • Develop and conduct training programs for internal teams
  • Act as primary clinical partner liaison and contact with clinical trial sites
  • Utilize engineering expertise to contribute to the quality improvement process by recommending product modifications

Experiences and Qualifications

  • MS Engineering or caregiver degree (nurse, radiology technician, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical environment
  • Clinical specialist with a strong experience in oncology with a specialty on ablation or equivalent treatment, radiosurgery, surgery, etc
  • Exposure to various clinical practices, various structures
  • Good organization skills, attention to detail
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
