Communication Project Manager

Job Summary

Quantum Surgical is looking for a Communication Project Manager to join a team of creative and energetic people who are building the next generation of smart tools for minimally invasive therapies in Oncology.

The Communication Project Manager is directly responsible for implementing the external communication plan.

The candidate should have demonstrated experience with implementing a communication plan, managing public relations and reinforcing employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company website (content writing, relations with the provider)
  • Develop brand image and visibility of the company through social media
  • Ensure public relations campaign & follow up
  • Participate in events organization in which the company attends
  • Develop the various communication media and support (leaflet, presentation, video) and ensure a qualitative coordination with the stakeholders (agencies, printers, internal departments)

Experiences and Qualifications

  • Higher education in communication or equivalent
  • 3+ years minimum of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of social media
  • Full English proficiency for reading, writing and speaking (Bilingual)
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong analysis and synthesis capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity and creativity

Desired Experience

  • An experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred
