Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Quantum Surgical is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a team of creative and energetic people who are building the next generation of smart tools for minimally invasive therapies in Oncology.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports directly to the HR Manager. He/she participates in the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to meet the Company’s growth objectives.

The candidate should demonstrate experience in recruiting IT profiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the whole recruitment process of the profiles for which he/she will be responsible.
  • Write and advertise job postings on adapted jobboards.
  • Identify and approach passive job seekers through various social and professional networks and other innovative techniques.
  • Ensure the pre-selection of applications, organise technical tests and phone interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers and team members.
  • Guarantee the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and communicate a reporting of recruitment activities to the management.
  • Keep up-to-date and implement innovative recruitment practices.
  • Participate in various HR projects related to recruitment (recruitment fair, speed recruiting, school relations, onboarding, etc).

Experiences and Qualifications

  • Ms Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 3+ years minimum of experience in recruiting IT profiles, preferably in a fast-growing startup
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment practices
  • Good knowledge of IT technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Open-mind, creativity
  • Proficient in written and oral English

Desired Experience

  • An experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferred
